Keep Moving!

The whole point of this website is to shed light on the importance of movement and physical activity when it comes to prevention, treatment and cure from multiple health conditions both physical and mental


Traditionally, bedrest has been recommended as an approach for treating multiple conditions such as back pain, migraines etc... However, we now know that this is no longer the case. Movement speeds up the rate of recovery, helps reduce pain and also helps the body heal itself from so many different conditions.


It is important to note that movement should be pain-free and effort-less. Our bodies have been designed to keep moving and as long as we do that, our risk of injury and chronic illnesses significantly reduces


Whether it is walking, running, swimming, dancing.... Find a form of physical activity that you enjoy doing because that will mean you are more likely to be consistent with it and do it on a daily basis
